I loved my stay at this beautiful hotel. I loved the huge Pool and comfy beds. The housekeepers, the staff, the waiters were all amazing. The food was delicious too!! The only thing I'd complain about is how expensive the food was.
Everything was great, very kind personnel, but the self parking very expensive and the waiting for the shuttle was to long.
Wow! What a fantastic place. Amazing pool and the variety of amenities are perfect for all ages. The staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay.
2 stars was extremely hard to give to our favorite resort. we absolutely love the World Center and all their amenities. We stay there with and without the kids. I am glad that the kids weren't with us for this visit ,and I hate having to say that. 1. our room was not fully cleaned , had to ask the front desk to empty the trashcans and refill toilet paper. 2. asked front desk for 2 robes for our stay, they delivered slippers 3. the sink faucet had no pressure, had to remove the aerator 4. bathroom drain is partially clogged ,... read more
Kids loved it. Fun pool and I'm not really a pool guy! Enjoyed our stay.
Loved it ❤️ It was a staycation with our grandkids. Beautiful resort the pool area was amazing movie night and the laser show we loved it all so much to do for the kids. . Definitely will go back.
Killer pool area but get there early if you want an umbrella. Rest of the hotel is just your average Marriott. Rooms are clean but are otherwise super generic. If you have mobility issues be prepared as everything is a VERY long walk from the room. Expect Disney pricing here too. While the food is ok $18 for a cheeseburger and fries is a little over the top. At the pool I had two beers, wife had two drinks and we each had a wrap with fries for lunch and it was $90 before tip. Again, Disney pricing in full effect.
Pool closed for most our 2 night stay. They claimed weather but the other 2 Marriott properties in the area (and closer to the weather) were open. Very expensive food and drinks. No help from GM. Room not clean. Will never go back and after this switching to Hilton.
The rooms are nice and the mini refrigerator worked perfect for us. I wish the room did have a microwave to heat up food instead of having to go to the main floor. I have little ones that tend to not eat all their food and it would have been nice to heat up in the room. We had a great view of Disney Springs and Epcot so we were able to see the fireworks at night. The housekeeper did not come until around 2 which I was expecting someone earlier but overall I enjoyed my stay.
