Terrible unsafe discharge , improper information case workers do not help medication not sent over with authorization this place is horrible !!
To whom it may concern! I would give a zero but won't let me. I did talk to the head of the ER yesterday about this , but no resolution, no apology. I was taken to the ER on Aug 27, 2026. This is a brand new hospital open for 2 months. Anyway having full blown stroke symptoms. Left arm numb and heave, left side of chest heavy feeling, left side of face numb continuing into my lips. The staff genuinely cared about me. They took care with my IV , Michael rocked it first try, they didn’t damage a vein during blood draw, they were patient with every poke. They put cold rags on my neck and patiently waited for me to finish vomiting in the green bags to continue caring for me while i struggled to be stable. It was rough , but the staff was kind and thorough. They care about people at the toughest times.
Efficient and effective. Made birthing experience the best out of all prior labor and deliveries. Nurses and doctors listened to my concerns and was very "for me" when it came to my birthing plan. Supportive care and overall an amazing experience. Thank you for everything
