Place is a JOKE! My dad has been broke down there for 6 days. They don't have anyone to transport drivers anywhere if they r broke down and from out if state. Cost $20 each way to go back and forth to a hotel. They are extremely RUDE And they darn sure get in no hurry to fix ANYTHING! They just want to rack up the bill as much as possible. Brought my Kenworth w 900 in for a wiper problem after buying the new motor 287.00 dollars later still don’t work so Kenworth says bring it in I did they told me motor could be bad I told them I just bought the motor from them they will not warrant the motor because they didn’t install it plus they charged me another 200.00 to tell me they don’t work and when opening my hood they broke my a/c switch to the compressior which they say their not going to fix it I came in with one problem and left with 2 never will I do business... read more

Lakeland is under new management in their Service Department and Branch and has improved not just their service but their parts department, added onsite service van and many new highly qualified technicians. When you need top quality service and parts, they are the place to go.
