Very predatory business tactics. My disabled mother called for a termite inspection and she was told she needed to replace her entire insulation in the attic due to mouse droppings found during inspection. She was quoted 23,000 dollars. She also financed at 30% because she couldn't afford the repairs she thought she needed. They showed up the next day to start work so we were not able to cancel. Inspector was knowledgeable and thorough. Inspection price was reasonable.
Had appointment scheduled last week. Nobody showed up and they said we weren't on the schedule. They rescheduled to today. 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there I called and again we aren't on the schedule. They bought out a reliable company and I gave them a chance. They didn't make it 2 years. In response to your concern, the number posted is the same number I have been calling. I don't think I am getting anybody local.
