Had a really bad experience this time. Orkin came to my door and let him know my dogs are inside after he left I left my dog's back outside without knowing he left the side gate completely open. I can tell you what could have been an absolutely devastating day turned out okay as we found our dog however this is a mistake that should never happen I called and spoke to a lady who just tried to save my account and told me next time we come... well there will not be a next time I will never use your service again.
This experience was good. They sent one of their best techs, (MONAE). My service was scheduled in advance with my approval. My tech was very thorough. A very positive experience today.
Hayden the service manager showed up and personally checked my bait stations. He resolved my concerns professionally and answered my questions. Thank you.
My technician was Monae and she was very professional and thorough. I discussed some issues I had with ants and she addressed them.
