The service was TERRIBLE. It took the server a really long time to get anything done. The restaurant was practically empty when we got there. There is NO excuse for such poor service.

The a/c is obviously still an issue. We too boxed up our food because it was too hot to eat in there. A warning on the door or from the waitress needs to be in place. Disappointed also by zero response from their website's feedback. Boo!
The only place I have found that serves BBQ Bison ribs!! Also bison burgers and steak are awesome too! Texas Egg Rolls are to die for! If you are looking for a fancy place, then Roadhouse isn't for you. This is the kinda place where you have a bucket of peanuts and toss the shells on the floor. They have great drinks, very good happy hour specials, and the staff have always been friendly. Its my favorite restaurant in Salem!
We left our air conditioned house on a 90 degree day to have dinner here. The temperature inside the restaurant wasn't much different from the outside. My iced tea was so warm I ordered a quart jar full of ice to cool it off. The waitress told me the jars were reserved for bar drinks...but she brought it anyway. My man was so hot he couldn't eat his dinner so we had it boxed up and took it home. Who knows what the food was like, we were too misserable to notice. Sorry, not an enjoyable dinning experience.
