One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. It took a good 50 minutes to get our order and when we did get the order most of it was incorrect. In addition to that, the food was lukewarm. We had to ask for assistance several times and no one ever came back. They appeared to be fully staffed and many of the tables were empty. I complained to a server, who was not assigned to our table and he sent the manager over to talk to me. I will say the manager was very nice and apologetic. Worst management in Oregon.... I would not go there if you payed me to. Also they need an exterminator.
We had a good size table of people but not huge and they messed up almost every single order � plus "ran out" of high chairs so i had to juggle a 1 year old and food �
I had the combo plate of chicken and sirloin with a baked sweet potato and green beans. I thought everything was great except for the green beans were to crispy for me but my husband loved them and ate them all. I remember you used to get more than one roll but healthier with only one. I would enjoy more than one option for a dark beer. Waitress was nice and helpful. I would recommend
Ordered a sirloin medium well. It wasn't even medium. Sent it back. It comes back burnt on one side. Still not even medium. Sent it back and said take it off our bill. Manager comes over to try to get me to order something else. "You're not going to leave hungry are you?" Well.....did you see me eat the damn steak?
