Unfortunately had to cancel my appt because my babysitter cancelled last minute. The receptionist stated I would need to give her my credit card info as they have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. I told her I was not giving her my info, I intended to reschedule. She told me that without giving over my cc info, i would not be welcomed there as a client in the future. Stay away! - very unprofessional.

Came in for a Brazilian blowout. After my first wash I realized my hair was uneven and barely looked any different. I’ve had a Brazilian before so I know what results I should have gotten. I called and was booked another appointment and was offered to get it re done. Well, after my first wash the second time my hair still does not have the results it should.
