The service department was friendly got me in as soon as I got there had me out in under 2 hour's.
This business is very unprofessional and unfair when they do something wrong to your vehicle
Horrible experience. Buyer beware. You will see they are overpriced and only interested in completing a transaction. This is not a dealership to develop a relationship with.

O'Reilly features a wonderful sales staff but a frighteningly incompetent and rude services staff. To date, we've had two repairs that had to be redone (a seat blower and an amplifier), multiple instances of work taking several days longer than quoted (with no loaner car to compensate), and, most recently, a job that should have been covered by warranty but was incorrectly quoted to be a 'wear and tear' part to dodge the warranty claim. O'Reilly is a superb dealership. I drove 3 hours to buy my Yukon for a heck of a deal. I was greeted with a sign when I first walked in. Thank you to Steve B for being so pleasant. I highly recommend. Ask for Steve B. He's wonderful.
