Always a great experience to go to O'Reilly's... the service manager Andy Quinn top drawer never been more satisfied. I bring my patient in ...my Grand Prix... and the doctor dr. Andy diagnosis the problem has it fixed at a very reasonable price ... and before you know it I'm back out there on the highway enjoying safe driving because of O'Reilly Buick and Andy Quinn. I've been using O'Reilly for several years now after my father passed to get my mom's buick inspected, serviced, etc. Can't say enough good things about the Service Department (Glyn, Michael) and their shuttle drivers. Always a great experience, especially with a unique situation.
"It's worth the drive to" continue past O'Reilly Buick/GMC and go to a dealership that has a little bit of customer service. I have leased 3 cars from them over 3 years and after my last experience, I would recommend anyone who considers them to not sign any paperwork and take their offer to Faulkner Buick/Gmc or Granite Run Buick/GMC because I'm sure they would match it.
