Recently I had inspection oil change tire rotation and repair of a recall issue and was in and out in just over 2 hours and that included mounting my Superbowl license plate. They provide friendly service and its a neat and clean environment while you wait for your car to be serviced. I brought in my car for a service engine light. I was told I needed several items including brakes. The price of service for all items needed (????) was more than I wanted to spend so we did not get work done. Took car somewhere else for brakes and was told we did not need them.....I will not go back to O'Reilly's

First of all I hate buying cars, I find it very stressful, and draining. I decided to purchase a new GMC Terrain, and wanted to drive one. I made an appointment, and went to O'Reilly where I was greeted by Mark Robinson, and Jay Meaney, after I told them what I was looking for, I was turned over to Jay, he put me in a Terrain and we went for a ride.
