“Tim” decided that at 7:20pm June 7, 2026 one hour and forty minutes before they close that I could not use the restroom to wash my hands, which was the last stop. I had available to me to wash up before I went and picked up my wife from work. Because Tim had cleaned the restrooms early in anticipation of going home, which is all he really seems to care about. I Spend tens of thousands of dollars at O’Reillys per year and this is not the kind of service I am used to.
