At this point I'm pretty pissed. I placed an online order for pickup from the Hixson store because my closest store doesn't carry any helicoils or specialty tools to speak of. my daughter was in the area and was going to make the pickup for me. she got to the store before 9pm but the doors were locked and the lights off. I get to make an 80 mile round trip tomorrow because somebody wanted to leave a few minutes early. Way to go Hixson O'Reilly's...not. there is a reason I do most of my shopping via mail order.
