My daughter and her boyfriend pulled in this locations parking lot when their tire had a flat tonight. They had her little brother and sister with them and it was freezing cold outside. NO ONE wanted to assist them and when we tried to enter the store to buy a part that we needed, they locked the door on us at 8:59. Now I know that they close at 9:00 but REALLY? Would it be that hard to make sure there wasn't anything they NEEDED before locking the door and just saying screw you? I will never do business at another O'Reilly ... read more
