Inspite of 'company policy' that said they could not physically help me fix my car, Jay at the store in Chattanooga, Tn was great. On a Sunday morning, 150 miles from home and a heater hose on my Tahoe broke - turned out to be a plastic fitting. Jay worked diligently to find a solution that would get me back on the road, and did in less than two hours. Wish I could rate the company and the employees separately, but alas all I can do is average a 1 for the company and a 5 for Jay.

I don't understand why autozone could help me change my headlight and yall couldn't? But okay. I guess I know where I'll be going from now on.
