I had an issue with my dipstick being broken of by one of those quick oil change chains. Of course the excuse was it was hard plastic which had worn out, not their fault. I bought a new dipstick but didn't know how to remove it. I stopped at O'Reilly's on Va. Beach Blvd at the beach. The store manager (and I apologize to him as I have forgotten his name) attempted to get it out of the tube with everything he had.
