They are a poor excuse for any kind of service . Pay extra to have them pick up garbage and they just drive by. Not even I'm sorry and will have talk with driver just we will pick up tomorrow. Too bad we can't fire them and get waste connections to take care of. These people don't want to put a penny into service .Why should they they are bullet proof and they know it. Amazing they even pick up any garbage . All they know is collecting money, not trash What ever happened to good service ? yea it went in the trash.
Just a note to say that I happened to watch your waste guy retrieve our trash this morning. A small piece of paper fell onto the ground. I was impressed that he noticed it, got out of the truck and picked it up. Little things like that make a big difference. Keep up the good work... whoever our pick-up guy is!
I had a great experience on your website, which is wonderful, as this rarely happen these days.
I think I must be one of the first houses on the route, because I'm supposed to have my trash out by 7, but sometimes the truck gets here before 7. When they get here early, the men come up to my house and wheel the cart down the driveway. A few weeks ago, my daughter had stacked a LOT of branches on top of the trash cart by my house. I just wanted to thank Springs Waste Systems and the driver that services my area (3005 Drakestone Drive). I love this company, because the rates are good, and the service is great. If I put out larger loads, the driver always takes it. Every time I call in, the phone reps are very pleasant and helpful. I recommended this company to my daughter who just bought a house. Thank you Springs Waste for being the best trash removal company in Colorado Springs with the best customer service!!

Worst utility ever. Every time I call they are always blaming everything on the city. I never had any problems with Trashco service in Portland. Now they're saying they won't start service for my new tenants because the old ones owe $46. I've never missed a payment on any rental in my life and they're going to deny starting service on new tenants who have nothing to do with the old ones instead of just tacking it onto the first bill. I have to tell you... I really don’t mind paying my bill because you provide great great service. I have had other companies and they just don’t compare!
