I highly recommend a different trash service than Waste Connections. We have had their service since 2013 and only switched to them due to a neighborhood rate. They locked us in to a 24 month contract. If you don't submit a letter within 60 days of your 24 month term, they automatically renew your service for another 24 months. If you cancel service prior to the end of any 24 month term, they charge you a $75 cancellation fee, in addition to a fee to pickup your receptacles. WHEN they come and pick up the trash they do not pick all of it up most of the times. I called @10am they said they would have the driver return and pick it up @ 4:30 it was still there. I called them again and they told me they had no record I called earlier and all the drivers had gone home for the day and that they would be able to pick it up 2 or 3 days later. I went to the landfill today looking for that surreal experience that "Friar" had but all I got was just another expensive trip to the dump. All I had to get rid of was an old mattress 15 bucks plus another 5 bucks for the ever fashionable safety vest. Just a tip for you future visitors, bring your own if ya got one. If you rarely visit this SLO landmark,give your vest to someone else on the way in,save a fellow dumper a few bucks.
I would like to thank our garbage man for going out of his way to roll my extremely full garbage cans out this morning, and taking my trash!!! This has been an extremely hard week for my family with my husband being deployed and I really appreciate him for going above and beyond his job!

I am so happy with Springs Waste. My first pickup was amazing. I almost missed the driver but the driver seen me bringing my trash out came back around the alley and grabbed the trash. I am very impressed with Springs Waste Systems!

I strongly encourage any commercial business using Arrow Sanitary/Oregon Paper Fiber to check their bill. I worked for them in their sales department for several years and decided to leave due to their lack of their integrity. I saw a countless number of companies that we overcharged for services. One in particular was paying $300 more a month for their trash service than many other companies were quoting.
