I made an appointment with O'Regan's Wholesale Direct to test drive 3 cars, and drove an hour and 40 min (each direction!) to do so. When I got there (15 min early), the doors were locked, no one was there, no one showed up for the appointment, and no one answered the phones! So incredibly unprofessional and kind of unbelievable. They had asked for my email and phone number while booking the appointment, so if they had needed to cancel, they could have gotten in touch. What a waste of time and money.
