Extremely disappointing after-sales experience at the Halifax Kia location. Everything went well until I signed and got the keys for the car. The sales person (Alicia Young) promised to reach out to me to see how everything was going with the car but never did. To make matters worse, I had to reach out to them to inquire when my first car service was due.
