I recently had my vehicle in for a brake tune up which is to be expected as my x5 has 150k on the odo. During my service, the technicians discovered some other issues with the front suspension. Michelle advised the issues and promptly recommended the service required. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the customer service experience I had with Varune Bhagwansingh at BMW Oregans. On August 13, we had our vehicle serviced, and on the way to pick it up, a chassis warning appeared. We returned to BMW for a fix, and the technician mentioned that the alarm could have been triggered due to an electrical issue during the repair process. The Chinese salesman was the worst I have ever seen. He was less than enthusiastic on our first visit to the shop, even though we were from the same country, even though I was with my baby. He never offered us coffee or juice to us actively and just said ‘thank you’ when I decided to pay half an hour later.
