Wonderful experience at Oregans BMW. The sales agent Martin and finance manager Katrina were amazing and very professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a BMW.
Michelle at BMW was fantastic! She sent me a technician video reviewing the MVI inspection, which was really helpful. She was friendly, went over my appointment details, and kept me updated via text. When I arrived a bit early, she even walked back to ask the technician how much longer it would be. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!
Visited BMW Halifax with the intent of purchasing an X3, but the experience was underwhelming. The salesperson showed little interest, made no effort to open vehicles, and provided minimal information. There was no engagement or initiative, which was surprising for a premium brand. Unfortunately, this lack of customer service means I won’t be spending my money here.
Bobby McGuire was my sales guy and went above and beyond. No painful negotiation, no pressure, even. Highly recommended and fully intend to see him first for any future purchases.
