My BMW was having drivability issues in the spring, which were traced to a VANOS recall. Waited 3 months for the appointment, only to have it cancelled by the Service Dept the afternoon prior to the appointment. I was rescheduled for 6 months from now. A total of 9 months wait for a a vehicle with drivability issues. Multiple attempts to re-schedule go to voicemail - messages are not returned.
EGR related warranty run around..... Has anyone else had issues related to their BMW diesel? I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at BMW dealership Halifax, Kempt Rd regarding my 2018 BMW X5 35d. Despite multiple attempts to address serious issues related to the EGR system, warranty-covered components, and unrelated diagnostics, I have been met with delays and somewhat of a run around.
