My friend and I had an appointment for pedicures at 10am. We arrived on time and were seated and told we would have to wait about 15 minutes. That’s fine, we waited and then after 40 minutes one nail tech was done with the previous client but then went to do a pedicure for someone else that arrived after we had! We asked why this was happening and that we had had an appointment 40 minutes ago and were pretty much ignored. I was on a time restraint due to being a part of a wedding And The owner was very rude when I told him I was not satisfied with my nails. He told me he could cut them off and I could leave his shop and he doesn’t want my service all because I told him I wasn’t paying full price for something I didn’t want. I tried explaining to him what it was that I asked for and now it is too late to fix them and he didn’t try to accommodate me at all. But instead got mad and was very nasty.
