Loved my experience at orchid!! Melinda did an amazing job on my design, definitely worth every penny.�
Cut & swollen cuticles. Payed extra for gel and still had to repaint them myself. Quality isn't what your paying for that's for sure. I should be satisfied not in pain. Vivian, the owner is who did my nails. Worse experience I've ever had AND still had to pay for it. I do NOT recommend going there

Very expensive and I am not a fan of 4 people doing my nails...one to remove polish, the next to fill, the other will file and then the long wait for the only person who does nail design. I was the first one at the door on a sat before opening and of all the others who showed up after was the last to leave. Literally 3 1/2 hours nail art was beautiful but not worth the cost or wait!
Andrew did an awesome job on my nails. staff were pleasant. I'm new to the area but the young lady who does the designs is VERY slow but not to fret the other lady rocked my design...I was there for close to 4 hours.....jeez
I love Orchid. I had ventured off to see if I could find a nail salon closer that was as good with pedicures and fill-ins and kept getting horrible service. Finally gave in and just started driving back to Orchid. They have the best pedicures anywhere in Melbourne!!!! My nails look amazing and my feet "squeaked" when I left. By far the best salon I've ever been too!!!
