Not even worthy of one star. Over priced...Rude....and Management is horrible. I have been a customer service Manager for over 10 years and the way they treat people there is HORRIBLE. I would never go back and I highly recommend everyone not to go back either. Plenty of other nail salons in the area that do far better work and act more professional than the Management there.
My experience with Orchid Nail Shop: I was a customer of this shop for over a year, for about 6 or 7 months all was ok. After that they stared rushing their service ( ex.one would take the polish off, another would do the fill and so on) by the time I got out of there an HOUR AN HALF LATER!!! Yes an 1 1/2 hrs later I had, had 3 people work on me (for a simple fill)!!! At the end Jimmy would always ask for a tip for every one of the people that help "him" with my fill .
