The apartments at orchard woods are clean and quiet thats the good, They are cold and very drafty, single pane mettel windows from the 50s leak cold air badly, management provides the heat tanants have no control and your extreamy lucky to ever get over 56 degrees with michigan winters thats a desaster. The kitchens have the old 50s metal cabinets, and the apliances are from the same ara.
