Don't waste your cash or your section 8 voucher I lived there using my section 8 voucher. It was nice when they were new. When they started advertising that they accepted section 8 vouchers in the paper, it was downhill from then on. Multiple changes with management & maintenance staff also contributed to the poor quality of this complex. Raleigh Housing Authority had me & my family move because they did not, rather WOULD NOT unless I signed another lease, do the repairs needed. Townhomes Lovely townhomes two and three bedrooms. My friend and I went and look at these last week. I like how the were on the bus line and had free water. For families they have a playground and basketball court. The office staff was friendly and very helpful and could answer all our questions. The units have washer dryer connections with a eat in country kitchen with a pantry. All units have 2 baths. PROS: off of 40W CONS: Just a few unit available
