OLakes Pros: They pay for heat and water so your winter bill is very low for utilities and you can take nice long showers and not pay for any of it! Also the location is nice, right by highway 23, the maintenance is very good about seeing you right away. The apartments are spacious and well kept up. Cons: The internet and cable systems are through a single provider and you don't really get a choice. The internet is very expensive for the speed, but I got DirecTV so not sure about the cable.
