Verified Renter My experience I live at 2057 Orchard Lakes pl apt 12. When I report an issue to the office by phone or by internet it's immediately addressed. If I am home, they are very efficient and respectful. When I'm not at home, they always leave behind a note stating they were there. I have never had a complaint of any work of any of any of the maintenance men staff since I've been here. Great team.

Verified Renter Maintenance and office staff I am elderly, disabled and Visually Impaired. Some of the simplest tasks I am no longer able to undertake. Maintenance is there immediately upon request. Kind and considerate, always helpful. The office staff is a delight. Explaining anything I need to know, problem solving and generous with kindness. This community is the reason I stay here.

Verified Renter Oven replacement Our oven stopped working. We submitted a maintenance request online and they had our oven replaced with a new one within 24 hours. I have never even heard of service this good. I am beyond surprised and in awe of how responsive and professional Orchard Lakes maintenance is. Wow- amazing!
