It's a great studio with great trainers I love it .I am so hooked to it.Best workout ever it's really worth it.

The team here are all so encouraging and the trainers make sure you are doing the exercises properly for maximum results and least change of injury. I even signed up for Hell Week. Love the sense of accomplishment after I have completed a session.
