Today was my very first day of OT! I haven’t worked out besides the occasional hike or bike ride in the past year and I loved it!! The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly! I showed up 30 min early as instructed and they walked me through every detail and answered every question I had. My instructor kasi took time out before anyone arrived and showed us how to work all the machines and walked us through all the floor routine.
