Since day one, I've been hooked! Sandy Springs has an amazing staff of coaches and studio managers that always bring a smile to my face (even when I want to pass out from rowing). Thanks for all you do, guys!
Best workout you'll find! I joined about a year ago and the workouts still kick my butt (in a good way). The mix of cardio and strength is a perfect combo. One hour and you truly feel it everywhere. The coaches really push you beyond your limits (again in a good way). You never get bored and always push your body. Would tell anyone who hasn't yet to try a class and see for yourself!
Rip off!! I've called every month for 3 months to cancel and they keep charging me. Finally received a call from a manager but the owner refuses to refund me. They were quick to take my money when I signed up and explained my situation but now they're using a technicality to keep charging me.
Love this place! Workouts are challenging and always changing so you never get bored. Instructors are the best!
