Sandy springs OTF is a good club. The staff are friendly and helpful. Have been to Desi's class which is pretty good...good music and he watches to make sure you use proper form in the weight room.

Love, love, love. This studio is awesome. Love the trainers, front desk staff and classes. I typically burn 600+ calories in one class, so it definitely pushes you but is fun at the same time. I've met some great friends at this location. Total workout, will rock your fitness level.
