Really enjoyed our time here. We advised the lady at check in that we had no children and wanted a quieter unit. We were put in the bungalows in the West Village and we loved it! So peaceful and quiet. My only one complaint was when checking in you are directed to pick up your parking pass at the counter. This is the strategy used to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. We own 4 timeshares already and advised we weren’t interested. I shouldn’t have to say no, more than 4 times. Lo pesimo es cuando te engañan con el tour de 40 min y te llevan al centro de ventas y pasa mas de 2 horas y con hambre y con los hijos fastidiados.te engañan con dar cupones para comida,pases para disney ,etc,etc ,y despues te dan unas hojas para que pongas tus iniciales y tu firma que recorriste el tour del resort y que pongas tres cosas que te gustaron oh si fueras dueño que te gustaria ..son engaños y despues que no te dan nada sino conoras una unidad habitacional (cuando en realidad te estan vendiendo ... read more
We spent five days and we had an awesome time. The staff were very nice and the shuttle bus driver were the best. Great place to stay and something for everyone to do because the resort is huge.

Worst customer service ever. Spent over an hour on the phone to them this morning just to add an extra night to our week stay. During that call was transferred to 5 different people that I had to authenticate myself to, one of whom asked for my phone number 4 different times. They tried to charge me more than what expedia would for the extra night, and they couldn't gaurantee we could stay in the same villa we had for the first week, so I could have saved my hour and just booked on expedia. We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Orange Lake, however there are a number of issues that would make us reconsider coming here again. 5 stars for the resort, 3 for the customer service and 1 for the terrible sales talk we had to endure. PROs The resort is HUGE and gives a lot of variety for spending time on the resort. Various pools and amenities that can be used by anyone staying here. Tremendo apartamento, bien espacioso , equipado, limpio y con muchos entretenimientos! El staff bien amigable y nos dan todo la información necesaria para aprovechar todas las actividades y facilidades para adultos y para niños. Lo recomendamos! Si tenemos la oportunidad volvemos otra vez!
