My Husband and I are owners for the past 6 years of a 3 bed unit here in the east Village. We have been pretty happy for the past couple years. However last year we vacationed allot and we stayed at this property about 6 times last year and twice this year already and I must say a few things needs to be addressed ASAP. 1. If the rooms are being cleaned with a wet vac it needs to be completely dried out before its released to the public. We are owners in Las Vegas and find the resort to fall short of what we receive in Las Vegas. My wife is handicapped and we were given a room as far from the elevator as you can get. plus there is not enough handicap parking. The toilets are old style and very low and hard for seniors to get on and off. The cook top had only one burner that worked and only after I found that the burners were not connected properly and I installed them and then only one worked. Otherwise it is an okay resort.

Be careful with the wording or false claims at check-in of "having" to take a tour. My father graciously used his points and we paid the extra fees so that we could have a week vacation here. We were informed at check-in, when tired after traveling and waiting in a long line to check-in, that we had to do one of their tours since we are a relative of a member and not the member ourselves. I called this afternoon to schedule our vacation. I’m an owner, I was using some of my points and a promotion. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone and be shuffled to 9 different people I gave up. I had planned to buy more points but this experience has changed my mind. Disappointed & frustrated.

Recently my family and I stayed at Orange Lake Resort (December 31, 2017 – January 5, 2018), my parents had given us the stay as a Christmas present as they have been IHG owners since 2004 (Originally South Beach Vacation Club).
