I never rate any where but feel that there is a need to rate this one. We are currently here and upon check in were shocked at the dated decor. As we entered the unit it definitely smelled musty. As we went thru to flip on the lights to brighten up the place there were several bulbs out. Of course when you stay they want you to go on a tour of the units you can purchase points for. Enjoyed the entire resort, redecorated villa and very friendly and helpful staff. However, just give me the parking pass and skip the sales pitch No is NO! For that reason alone I give my rating a 4 instead of 5.
We are staying here now actually & everyone has been extremely friendly. Great staff & nice rooms. Only down side is you have to do your own laundry like your towels or pay for them to do them or pay $8 for 2 more towels a day. It’s a little harder to do your own towels when you’re not in your room very much threw out the day. But other then that it’s been great. We will defiantly been coming back again. This is a wonderful resort and the staff is very helpful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo and it was very roomy and had all the essentials needed when traveling. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes, pots and pans, a blender, coffee maker etc. There was also 3 boxes of detergent and a full sized washer and dryer. This resort is great for kids with all the pools and lazy river. We booked this resort through RCI and it is the best resort we have stayed using a trade. I own a time share and with my points I sent a friend to stay there during the holidays. She bought a time share herself but some how Holiday Inn resort decided to put her name,address, Phone number pretty much all her demographics on my account.. big surprise for me to login and see her name on my online account. I called they immediately blocked my online acesss.. 3 weeks and heard nothing from them.. I called 2 days ago they said it was corrected today I login to my online account and big surprise again I see two accounts... read more
