It was a nice experience... Very kid friendly... They give hot (warm) chocolate and a sugar cookie... We went out 30 min. Then they come around and take photos (1for $15/ 2 for $20). First photo of me that actually looks GOOD! And all the children get a present from the elves. Santa comes thru and speaks with each child and you can take a quick photo. Then they come thru and sing a couple Christmas carols... We sang Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. By this time your back at the train station, and Santa sat on... read more

We love the train, the Christmas train is a family tradition now. Thank you to all who bring it to life. See you next year.
Business response:
Thank YOU Tammy and Merry Christmas from all the crew of the Cannonball!
We really enjoyed this experience tonight. It was our 4 year olds birthday and she had a great time. Older kids might not be that into it, though it was pretty cool. Yes it's pricey, but I'm sure running a steam engine from 1907 isn't cheap. Everyone wants something for nothing. We can't wait to do it next year!

We had MUSICIANS on the train?
Awesome as always this train and the cowboys remind me of the old six flags train. Great job to e,eryone what a spit and polished operation. Train is kept in showroom state keep up the great work. Wish i lived closer what a lost piece of history steam passenger service. I love it
If you love old American steam locomotives and diseal this is the place
We drove two hours to ride the train today. Tickets were showing to be available for the 3:30 train and when we got there we were told the train was canceled. It still shows that tickets are available for that ride today. I can only imagine how frustrated I would have been had I bought my tickets online like I thought about. The man working at the ticket counter was very apologetic. It was very irritating to my family and disappointing for my small child.
Business response:
