I came to the practice for wisdom tooth extraction. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and provided me with good information before the surgery about what I needed to do to prepare and take care of myself afterwards. Dr. Stern answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. He even called me at home afterwards to follow up after the surgery to make sure I was doing OK.

My daughter, Claire Rupert, had her impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Stern, who explained very well what to expect during post op. He and he staff are very personable and made the process less scary. The handout instructions for before and after the procedure answered all of my questions.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever experienced. Not only is Dr Stern a strong and capable professional, his ENTIRE staff, bare none, are over the top in accessibility and service!
Absolutely pleasant experience during my wisdom teeth removal. Staffs were friendly. The surgery was pain free. Seriously! I took pain med for 1 day post surgery, but decided not to take anymore because I did not experience any pain at all. Just make sure to follow post operative instructions to avoid any complications. Thank you Dr. Stern and staffs.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The front desk staff are not very friendly entering into the building, and that includes both times I visited. The best part about the visit was Krista she made the visit less scarier, and was very nice. I did like that Dr.Stern called personally to check on me after appointment. I don’t like that a follow up appointment is not automatically scheduled after the removal, as I ended up with an infection, and no follow up appointment scheduled.
