Dr. Stern was very informative about the side effects of the oral surgery. Very pleasant at the bedside with a good disposition. Also very polite in asking if I was ready to go to sleep before the anesthesia. Materials and information before and after surgery were well prepared and well thought out. A very professional surgery center in all.
Professional doctor and staff.
Am seeing Dr. Stern for an implant. This isn't my first implant, but it is the first with his office. As far as efficiency, kindness, and open communication this experience is far superior to my experience with another Delaware area dentist. The staff understood my concerns, the doctor explained the treatment clearly, and they even followed up with my regular dentist. This was my second time I have used Dr. Stern for an extraction. First of all, the staff at Dr. Stern's are fabulous. They explain everything to you, what all will be involved, costs, what to expect. One of the most friendly offices I have ever been to. Dr. Stern has great bedside surgery and I had complete faith in him. A very nice man. I went to 2 other oral surgery offices and none even came close in comparison. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Brian Stern.
Dr Brian consultation was great, attentive and clear. Nurses were very efficient. I had molar teeth extractions with any issues. All post surgery instructions were clear and all for taking care about it was provided.
Dr Stern and his staff are wonderful. They are all very nice, informative and never make you feel rushed. Highly recommend this office.
