Dr. Stern & team recently did a tooth extraction, bone graft, and implant for me, and have also done a previous procedure. They have been nice, professional, informative, done a great job - and I will be having additional procedures done by them in the future. They are also taking extra responsible precautions regarding COVID.
RecommendedThe place was clean and Covid safe. The Dr even called that night to check on the patient. Morgan Blankenship. The only thing you need to know before any tooth removal procedure is make sure to ask for your teeth ahead of time. I didn’t know we had to ask for teeth but it is common at all surgery centers. Now the tooth fairy has to be happy with the note.
It was great experience!! I was very paranoid before going there and they took care of it with ease and expertise.
Every person at this office is so nice and incredibly helpful. My son Jaycob was referred here after his dentist found a lesion on his jaw. From the very first visit everyone made sure that all my questions were answered and that understood what would be happening during the procedure and after. I can not thank them enough for their support, and I would reccomend Dr. Stern to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
All around two thumbs up! Dr. Stern and staff are wonderful and make the clients feel safe and prepared for procedures. Everyone is kind and thorough with all they do. I truly felt at ease with their streamlined process!
Dr. Stern and his staff are the best. Everyone is so nice and professional. Dr stern took time to speak with me and he was so pleasant when he called. I would highly recommend Dr. Stern and his team. I do appreciate that they make me feel welcome and comfortable and they do such a great job!! Thank you for everything.
Prompt scheduling, not much wait time. Was called in evening after post implant procedure. Made sure I was informed when they had a power outage due to severe storm. Called back to confirm when power was restored, reviewed preop instructions again.
From the initial appointment to the follow up, everything was a great experience. Office staff went above and beyond with accommodations.
Really great. Surgery went good. They took great care of me. Felt like I was in and out of there in no time! Well I was knocked out most the time lol!!
