Very unprofessional nobody knows no thing trying to get my medication for the past five months
No one answers, you have to leave a message, it states someone will call back before 5pm the same day. They do not call back. VERY BAD customer service.
Absolute poor service by this pharmacy, I’ll make sure to write a poor review on BBB as well. A employee by the name of Jody Henry delivered a package to our hospital at midnight last week. Called my wife while she’s in the hospital yelling at her asking where the main entrance to the hospital is and instead of dropping the medicine (that needed to be kept cold) at the nurse station as told, he dropped it at our room and ran out the door without even letting us ask a single question. TERRIBLE SERVICE. (One star is too much) They don't send the medication on time. There service is terrible. Right now, it's 11:25pm the medicine was supposed to arrive in the afternoon. And the delivery woman text me at 9:00pm saying it would arrive in an hour. Were still waiting. It's a total failure empathy toward sick people. They should close this pharmacy. If they can't provide the good service to their patients, they have people working on deliveries who don't care either.
The first delivery was very good,the second delivery was awful. The medication was to be kept cold. They sent it by UPS in a cardboard box with a silver insulated bag with reusable ice bags. It was 110 degrees heat index that day here in Florida,needless to say after being in an UPS truck for hours it was not cool. Left 2 messages on 2 separate days to address this problem to the pharmacy. The messages were very detailed,an answer would have been nice. Funny,how before they ship the mess they manage to call and get payment. ... read more
