They definitely never treat patients like family. Extremely difficult to talk to anyone. They don’t return calls. It’s a problem every month, but this year seems to have gotten worse. I would leave zero stars if I could. For the last two years my husband has been doing at home infusions with the meds delivered from this pharmacy. If it were up to us we would have switched after the first delivery, but unfortunately using this pharmacy is up to his insurance company. He gets the same infusion (Inflectra) every 6 weeks and ever since he started using this pharmacy there is ALWAYS an issue, every single time. Not getting tracking numbers to track delivery. Because delivery was not made in a timely manner, I had to reschedule a nurse visit around other scheduled doctor's appt. Option Care seems to think it is okay to move appt around and make it your problem to solve when the new appt time conflicts with an appt you made months ago and cannot change.
