Terrible communication. They don't send the medication on time. There service is terrible.
Terrible communication and follow through. The person I care for has to call multiple times to get their supplies and medications. When they do finally arrive there are always things missing leading to having to call again and wait for all supplies to arrive. Even then it’s still not everything needed. The lack of caring about patients is very clear. It’s terrible how needy patients are being treated and overlooked. I feel bad for the patients who are unable to advocate for themselves. I looked your "pharmacy" online and after your listing said your place was open 24 hours 7 days a week and it took me 2 hours to get there because I am a bilateral amputee and I'm in a wheelchair. So I called when I got there to try and figure out what was going on and your business said you weren't a pharmacy but your listing comes up as a pharmacy.
