Our experience at this clinic was very disappointing. Despite raising concerns repeatedly, our child’s needs seemed ignored, and her condition appeared to worsen over time. We later sought care elsewhere, and specialists confirmed that the initial diagnosis had been incorrect. Our child is now doing much better with the new providers. This was a stressful and frustrating experience, and I wanted to share it so other families are aware.
I cannot say enough good things about OB. My little one was diagnosed at 18 months and attended for about 2 years. Neurodiversity is very stressful when you are first thrown into that world, but OB showed a level of compassion that we will forever be grateful for. On day 1, my son came home speaking his first word. By the end of week 1, he had 8 words in his vocabulary. Their RBT's and BCBA's are so kind and compassionate and deeply care for their patients.
