I did not, have to wait for an appt when I chipped my tooth. The dentist was friendly and quick to fix my tooth. I was very happy. I am a relatively new patient at the center and I really like it, but I am concerned about how long it takes to get an appt for follow up care. But again, for emergencies , they do get you in right away, and that is important to me. Hopefully, the scheduling will improve in time.
Dr. BURCHETT IS A CARING, VERY PROFESSIONAL Dentist. She makes you feel very comfortable, and that she is very capable of treating you, no matter what your issues are. You can tell that she enjoys her profession. Her staff is very attentive, and professional. If I had to site any negative, it would be ease of making an appointment. She is extremely busy, and booked well into the future. She knows that she will have to bring in another Dentist, and introduce another Special person to her practice. I wish her well in this . Dr. B did such a great job with my fillings yesterday. She and her assistant made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I have always had negative experiences getting numb in the past with other dentists but, yesterday was so quick and easy and I didn't feel a single thing!
What a wonderful experience. The staff are very helpful and the Dr. took care of my husband and myself promptly!! We appreciate you guys!!
My hygienist was amazing. Easy to talk to and did a great job on my teeth. Dr. B was thorough and has a wonderfully warm personality. They care about you and your teeth. The office is up to date, spotless and the staff beyond friendly. I came hating going to the dentist and I left feeling a lot better.
The office team is always so courteous and professional. They are great with my children as well. Always a positive experience.
Dr. B is fun and hilarious. In fact, she sang Disney tunes while giving me 2 fillings. And she has a nice singing voice! lol More importantly, she makes you feel at ease as she handles procedures as gently and pain free as possible. She's also quick and efficient, so any discomfort is short lived anyway. She's also great with kids. My 7 year old still doesn't know he got a needle during his filling in June! Her staff is super friendly and personable as well. It's really just a great practice all around.
The fun, friendly staff makes this the best dentist I have ever been too. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Awesome dentist I was scared of dentists. But everyone is solo nice and make sure you are ok. The whole staff is always smiling. Also great with kids. Reccomend. Tom.
