The appointment as always was timely and the staff warm and welcoming. My cleaning was as typical and uneventful. The procedure I had afterwards was one of the most pleasant I have experienced in a dentist office.
My experience was wonderful. The staff is very pleasant, and the Dentist professional. The Dentist explained things to me, and pointed out and showed me areas of concern that past Dentist had never mentioned.
Everything about Dr. Burchett and her office staff is fantastic - everyone is super-warm and friendly. April immediately greeted me by name and offered me snacks :-) I was having a filling done, so after going back, Kelsey kept me busy with some lively discussion as the numbing agent kicked in. And Dr. Burchett was funny and professional as always while she took care of my tooth. I simply cannot recommend Freedom Dental Care enough.
Great! Please tell Dr that I couldn't find the floss that swells up, but got another good one instead, and even after the first use on the area she told me to apply the medicine with the floss...the swelling went down and it is not tender. So I imagine after these next four months the problem should be gone. Thanks so much!
