I had a wonderful visit with all of the staff. Jessica, took wonderful care of my teeth. I love my new dentist and will continue to recommend her practice.
Dr Burchet is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. She is professional and she really cares. This is the best place to go if you need dental work and only want to see the best. her staff is wonderful as well, always friendly and welcoming.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and wanted you to have the best experience possible. The staff was efficient and thorough, yet personable. The establishment was clean and well-kept and nicer than any other office I have been in. I highly recommend them.
I've always had a fear of going to the dentist. Freedom Dental is the first dental office that has made me feel relaxed. Everyone on staff is super friendly from April the receptionist to Dr. Burchett and everyone in between. The office is clean and designed professionally. They have movies or TV programs to choose from to keep you occupied. I have always left there with my next appointment booked. I have recommended this office to my friends and co-workers.
I've been a patient of Dr. Burchette's for almost a year now. I first saw her in terrible pain with a tooth that needed a root canal, then a crown. She is the first dentist who really makes me feel at ease. I have a lot of anxiety while sitting in the dentist's chair. Everyone in the office is friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. Everything about my dental care is explained and I never leave the office with unanswered questions. Dr. B. and the staff of Freedom Dental Care make the visit really enjoyable!!
First visit and I like everything about it. The office is neat and warm. The people were friendly and helpful. Our hygienist was good and professional and I liked Dr. Burchett. The only thing that I am a little concerned with is that we don't go back for fillings for over 4 months. That seems like it is a little long to go back for a follow-up treatment. Otherwise, I really was pleasantly surprised with our first visit.
I have been a patient of Dr. Burchett's for six months. I had an existing dental issue and went through 5 other dentists, over the course of a 18 months, before I found Dr. Burchett. I and my family have experienced dental emergencies before. Dr Julia Burchett is the first dentist I have ever had, who actually responded, when I called her emergency number. Everyone is so friendly and they take the time to answer any questions. Feel bad that we have to leave because we are relocating.
