I love going to Freedom Dental but the incredible customer care is leading to other problems. My next 6 month preventive care won't be for 8 months as they are that booked up.

Great visit! Had a hole in a filling - thought I'd have to reschedule to have it taken care of, but Dr. Burchett took care of it on the spot, efficiently, kindly, talking me through each step as she went (because she knew I was nervous). It was over in a few short minutes with no pain! She is an excellent dentist and our family is so happy we've found her!

I was seen for my dental hygiene follow-up appt. in a timely manner. The provider was pleasant, agreeable, courteous, and responsive to my questions. Her professionalism was excellent. While I cannot address her technical professional hygienic expertise, my impression was that she appeared to know what was required and was concerned for my freedom from discomfort. And there was none.

Once I was taken back, it was all perfect. Hygienist Laurie seems excellent. Dr B thorough as usual. Everyone in the office is very upbeat. Only negative, had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond apptmt time to be seen & extended wait time for dentist after cleaning ended, so an hour and 15 min of my time, plus drive time, for a dental cleaning. Also an idea for patient comfort - maybe some type divider between receptionists and waiting area would help so employees phone conversations with patients are not so all encompassing... read more

Other dentist offices have acted as if they don't take part in life's guilty pleasures and then try to sell some dental product; NOT THIS PLACE! These are real people are only concerned with your dental health and what's required, not nice to have. Their honesty and candor is greatly appreciated and the knowledge of Dr. B with the ability to explain it doesn't make you feel inferior. Real people, great dentistry!
