It's a long story, but I had a perfectly good tooth pulled as part of an orthodontic plan. The problem is, that tooth just did not want to come out. This was my first visit with Dr. Varsha, and regardless of the hurdles I threw at her with two roots that I couldn't part with, she was extremely patient and understanding, very cautious that I experienced as little pain as possible, and took a few X-rays to try to get a better angle on those stubborn bits. Drs Varsha and Julia are both great, but it is their staff that sets them apart from others. As soon as you walk in, Wendy, Cathy, and Debbie do a wonderful job of making you feel welcomed and setting your mind at ease. The staff up front does a great job of also making sure the paperwork and other pertinent information is correct and up to date. I continue to go to Freedom Dental Care despite the 80 mile drive each way. Laurie was prompt, professional, polite and thorough! Additionally, Dr. Julia Burchett continues to ensure outstanding patient care and can be relied on for a trustworthy, honest assessment of dental health. I've not found better dental care anywhere else!
My girls, now 8 and 12, may not like visiting the Dr. or Dentist but they are completely comfortable at Freedom Dental. I highly recommend for the whole family. Wait times are always under 10 minutes. They do not waste your time or theirs. Wonderful atmosphere from reception to chair and the most friendly staff.
