Just had a regular cleaning at Freedom Dental in Eldersburg and they were great, as usual. I never have to wait and they are gentle yet thorough. Great group of doctors and hygienists. I recommend them often.

I had made my appointment 8 months ago for the same hygienist I always have seen. It was a temp who was unsure of the tools and skipped around from tooth to tooth. Then an Indian doctor came in (not Dr. B) whom I’ve never met before and had no idea I was seeing today. It was not the best experience. Additionally, your receptionist was not efficient and was extremely slow at making an appointment (and I am not picky in the least). We are very disappointed with our services today.
