I strolled into the office without an appointment as I suddenly lost vision in my eye for about 60 minutes . I was seen immediately by Dr Clark with such speediness and kindness in spite of a crowded office. Dr Clark astutely realized I may be having a stroke and sent me to the emergency room. They doctors in emergency room found a TIA and a block in my blood flow to my brain. Many thanks and appreciation for prompt quality medical care. A good guy!
I recently had cataract surgical treatment of each eye with Dr. Clark and I can't say enough about how awesome my experience was. First of all, his staff is incredible. They are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable .Dr. Clark is a perfectionist at what he does and ensures that everything is exact to the finest detail. You continually feel as though you are in the best of hands. I highly recommend Dr. Clark and his staff to anyone.
The care and kindness of Dr Clark and staff toward my parents is unheralded and unfortunately not seen anywhere else. They both suffer from dementia but are treated with the dignity and personal care that they deserve.
After years of putting up with a mean condescending and rushed opthamologist I am very happy to have switch my care to this office and to this doctor Dr. Clark. I think of it as a gift I saw Dr Clark and his work force for a crisis a week ago. Sudden serious eye agony started and my own ophthalmologist was not accessible and his office expected me to go in the city to Wills Eye Hospital. Dr Clark sat tight for me and left his office open. And I had a very pleasant and extensive exam with Dr. Francis James Clark that I would like to share . A local ophthalmologist after a very cursory exam told me I had cataracts they need to be removed and recommended expensive laser treatment as well as the special artificial focusing lens all of which was not covered by my insurance . neighbors recommended Dr. Clark for another opinion. I am so totally grateful to the expertise of Dr Francis J Clark as he used all the advanced technology available to remove my cataracts with a laser correcting my reading vision and astigmatism while fixing my glaucoma with an eye stent. His total dedication to perfection is seen throughout his entire practice.
on this Thanksgiving eve, I give much thanks to the wonderful job Dr Clark performed on my cataract surgery. I had a failed surgery on my first eye with another practice. Besides being most thorough and type A with getting the best results, his compassion shines through his wonderful "bedside manner".
