If it weren’t for Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Curiale, Dr Abdalkader and Dr Siracuse, my mom would not be alive! You truly are heroes! For any trans patient seeking care, I could not recommend the BMC trans health program any less. There’s major logistical issues and inaccurate information provided to patients in a non timely manner. For example, I tried to get a preauthorization to do something required for surgery, I was told I would have to wait until early May when they were sending letters to everyone in the program. RecommendedI was brought here from Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton Massachusetts due to having a shattered tibia plateau. I fell down the stairs and broke my leg almost in half right below the knee. Good Samaritan would not give me any pain medication because I'm on a maintenance program, I'm 5 years clean off heroin and I still take Suboxone. nurses wouldn't allow my wife and son to sit in the room with me but yet they let a husband and wife go in together like thats not right in anyway very unhappy with the way i was treated the services i received were great but the hospitality and attitudes could definitely use some improvements
Went in Friday night at midnight for a ct, have been waiting in an empty waiting room until 4:30am With no way of connecting anyone there in the dept. Didn’t get offered simple things like water or a blanket or if I needed to use the bathroom since everything is locked. RecommendedWe were on vacation on June 6,2019 and my husband needed to go to the ER. They were amazing!!! I work in the medical field so I have a trained eye. From the triage nurse to the Doctor, the staff was kind, funny, made us feel comfortable, efficient and gave great care. We got right into the ER, no 3 hour wait. We really appreciated their awesome care. Thank you to all the staff.
