El peor servicio la espera de 4 horas y hasta mas. No importa si llegas temprano o no la espera es ridicula. No consideran al paciente. Tienes que esperar a fuera en la sala de espera y cuando te llaman te sientan en otra sala de espera y preparate que hay es que te vas a cansar esperando
I've been in/at many hospitals in my 5+ decades on earth. My poor 84 year-old mother was sent here after a horrible fall and has passed on. The staff here was absolutely amazing to my family and my mother. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, it was an experience I will never forget. Bless this hospital and it's staff. You do amazing work and truly care about you patients and it shows. Kudos to the management at BMC for fostering this environment.
You cannot take your skin color with you when you die, treat people fairly. Not everyone that comes to the hospital late at night is an addict etc.... My husband almost died because the doctors sent him home without the proper diagnosis, assuming the wrong things about us. If I had not gone to a hospital in a rich neighborhood, what would have happened? How many people get turn away and lose their loved ones because of recklessness. God help us all.
I swear to call dis hospital is the best they found every problem with me I went to the Mass General for the first time and they didn't find anything just hospitals way better than the Mass General Hospital in Boston
